I’m Sydney Davey, I am passionate about learning and coding, constantly seeking new ways to grow my skills and push creative boundaries. I’m currently studying game programming, where I combine technical expertise with a deep appreciation for interactive storytelling and immersive design. Among all game genres, equestrian-based games hold a special place in my heart, blending my love for horses with my passion for development in a unique and meaningful way.
What I’m Doing
I’m currently in college for Game Programming, a journey I began in September 2024 — and I’ve been loving every second of it. I’m genuinely excited about everything I’ve learned so far and can’t wait for what’s coming next semester. In the meantime, I’m spending my break as a math tutor, sharing my learning strategies and passion for teaching with others. It’s a rewarding way to stay sharp and help students build confidence in a subject I enjoy.
Why I chose Game Programing
I adore figuring out how things work, whether it’s solving a math problem deep diving into a story or writing a new kind of game mechanic in school I like the constant puzzle of it all and there is always something to learn whether my code fails or succeeds.
